Aqualux, 1939

This textured range was produced in 1939 but stopped at the outbreak of war.

The Aqualux range was only produced as a prototype in four textures in clear glass. Also a 'flashed' range in pale amber, green and blue. Production was stopped in the same year, shortly after the outbreak of World War II. During the 1960s Chance reintroduced similar techniques to produce the 'Carnival' or 'Tinted' ranges.

All sizes are given in inches to the nearest quarter (¼") and centimetres.
